We are thrilled to announce that we are transitioning to a new platform to enhance our services and provide an even better learning experience. The expected transition date is early September.
Importing Members
- Free, Essential, and Premium (monthly) members will not be imported to the new platform because of service incompatibility. Learners must resubscribe to the new platform to continue watching lesson videos.
- Premium (annual) members will be manually imported to the new platform. We will email members with login instructions in late August.
Subscription Cancellations
All paying members will have their subscriptions canceled on August 5, 2024. The cancellation ensures that no automatic renewals will be made. However, members will still have access to videos until their original expiration date. You may find your subscription period on your Settings page. Premium (annual) members will continue to have access to courses in the new platform until their subscription period.
